Common questions about joining, commissions, attribution, and payouts
It is ToolGrid’s first-party referral program. You get a unique link and code, share ToolGrid with your audience, and earn a commission when someone you referred purchases credits, a subscription, or a lifetime deal—subject to program rules and approval.
Create a free ToolGrid account (or log in), open the Affiliate dashboard, and apply to join. New affiliates start as pending until ToolGrid approves the application. After approval your links can attribute visits and conversions.
Rates depend on the program. Standard Affiliates can earn up to 30% commission with about 5% customer discount. Influencer / Creator partners can earn up to 50% with customer discounts up to 30%. Partner programs can also pay recurring commission for up to 12 months (up to N paid invoices per referred customer). Exact live rates and duration appear on your affiliate dashboard after approval.
When someone opens your affiliate link, ToolGrid stores a first-party attribution cookie (default window: 30 days). If they sign up and purchase within that window, the conversion is attributed using a last-click model. Self-referrals are not allowed.
Payouts are manual. ToolGrid reviews approved commissions and pays affiliates outside the product (for example bank transfer). An admin records each payout in your dashboard so paid vs unpaid balances stay clear. There is no automatic Stripe Connect or PayPal auto-payout in V1.
Yes when your program enables recurring commission. ToolGrid can pay on up to N paid invoices per referred customer (commonly up to 12 months). The customer discount applies on first checkout; later renewals can still generate commission under your program’s duration. If recurring is off, commission applies to the first eligible payment only. Your dashboard shows your active mode.
You may promote ToolGrid products and plans using your approved affiliate links and truthful marketing. You may not misrepresent pricing, imply ToolGrid endorsement of unrelated products, scrape trademarks improperly, or claim ownership of ToolGrid content, branding, or software. ToolGrid.io and related marks remain ToolGrid property.

No. Creators publish tools on the ToolGrid marketplace and share revenue from tool usage. Affiliates refer customers to ToolGrid and earn referral commissions. You can participate in either or both if you qualify.
