Credits purchased are generally non-refundable once used. However, we offer refunds for unused credits in the following circumstances:

• Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no credits have been consumed
• If you experience technical issues that prevent credit usage, we will refund unused credits
• Bulk credit purchases may be eligible for prorated refunds if a significant portion remains unused after 30 days

• Not have violated our Terms of Service

• Credits that have been consumed or used
• Monthly subscriptions after the billing period has started
• Annual subscriptions after the 30-day refund window
• Promotional or discounted purchases (unless otherwise stated)
• Services that have been used extensively or for their intended purpose

7. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation stops future charges but does not provide a refund for the current period. Refund returns money for unused services. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, which will prevent future charges but will not refund the current billing period.

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, we reserve the right to suspend your account until the dispute is resolved. We encourage you to contact us directly first, as we can often resolve issues more quickly than the chargeback process.

9. Special Circumstances

We may provide refunds in special circumstances, including:

• Extended service outages that prevent use of paid features
• Billing errors on our part
• Duplicate charges
• Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)
